What we retrieve

Karnataka e-Khata and BBMP extracts
Khata and e-Khata extracts — BBMP, panchayat or municipal — are one of the records we retrieve, the same way as an encumbrance certificate or a certified copy of a deed. If you're checking a property in Karnataka, an e-Khata confirms what the record currently shows — it isn't proof of ownership on its own, which is why it's read alongside the rest of the chain in a title check.
