Privacy policy

Why this page carries weight: you upload title deeds — the most sensitive documents most Indians own. This policy is written to be read, and to satisfy the DPDP Act 2023. Legal review before publish.

1. 01What we collect. Account: mobile number (OTP login), email. Files: the property documents you upload. Payment: processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway — we never see card numbers.
2. 02Why. To run the check, deliver reports, answer queries, and — only where you choose retrieval or verification — share the minimum necessary with retrieval partners and the signing advocate.
3. 03What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with sellers, brokers, or builders. A report link you share is shared by you, not by us.
4. 04Retention. Reports and source documents retained 24 months from the final report unless you delete earlier; deletion requests honoured within 30 days except where law requires retention.
5. 05Security. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256); access to your file is role-restricted and logged
6. 06Your rights (DPDP). Access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal — write to the grievance officer (named on /contact).
7. 07Cookies & analytics. anonymised page-view analytics only — no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles
