Why this page carries weight: you upload title deeds — the most sensitive documents most Indians own. This policy is written to be read, and to satisfy the DPDP Act 2023.

  1. 01What we collect. Account: mobile number (OTP login), email. Files: the property documents you upload. Payment: processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway — we never see card numbers.
  2. 02Why. To run the check, deliver reports, answer queries, and — only where you choose retrieval or verification — share the minimum necessary with retrieval partners.
  3. 03What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with sellers, brokers, or builders. A report link you share is shared by you, not by us.
  4. 04Retention. Reports and source documents retained 24 months from the Final Title Scrutiny Report unless you delete earlier; deletion requests honoured within 30 days except where law requires retention.
  5. 05Security. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256); access to your file is role-restricted and logged
  6. 06Your rights (DPDP). Access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal — write to the grievance officer (named on /contact).
  7. 07Cookies & analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and which searches bring people here. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them — if you decline, no analytics cookie is stored. We do not enable Google's cross-site tracking or advertising-profile features. We never send your name, email, phone number or your documents to Google, and the page addresses we report are stripped of your case identifiers.
