Shipping Policy

  1. 01Nothing is shipped. Property Opinion is a digital service. Every report is delivered online — there is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge.
  2. 02Where you receive it. Your report appears in your account at propertyopinion.in/orders, where you can read it on screen and download it as a PDF. We also send the PDF on WhatsApp to the mobile number on your account.
  3. 03Preliminary Title Report. Preparation starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the page shows its progress. Most reports are ready within minutes; a large set of documents takes longer.
  4. 04Updated report after additional documents. Delivered the same way, as soon as the re-run finishes.
  5. 05Final Title Report. Released in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and sent to you on WhatsApp.
  6. 06If delivery fails. If your report is not ready within 24 hours of payment, write to support@propertyopinion.in with your order ID. We re-run it at no charge; if we still cannot deliver it, the amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method (see our Refund & cancellation policy).
  7. 07WhatsApp is a copy, not the only copy. If your number is not on WhatsApp, or a message does not arrive, the report is always in your account.
