  1. 01What the service is. An AI-generated analysis of property documents you upload, delivered as a preliminary and a final report. The AI title check is not legal advice.
  2. 02What the verified tier is. A title audit reviewed in full and signed by an enrolled advocate, named on the report.
  3. 03Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to share the documents you upload. You will not act on the report outside its stated limitations.
  4. 04Our limitations. Stated search depth per report; findings limited to documents examined; official certified copies outrank scans; our aggregate liability is limited to the fee you paid for the report.
  5. 05Reports are per-property, non-transferable. Validity 60 days for preliminaries; refresh at ₹999 + GST.
  6. 06Payment & taxes. Prices + 18% GST, shown all-in before payment.
  7. 07Disputes. Bengaluru, Karnataka.
