  1. 01What the service is. An AI-generated analysis of property documents you upload in accordance with the laws applicable at the relevant time, delivered as a preliminary and a Final Title Scrutiny Report. The Report presents an analytical summary of the Property's marketability, and identifies queries that require the User's clarification and response in order to determine whether the subject Property's title is clear or otherwise.
  2. 02What the report is. The Report is an AI analytical summary of the property documents you upload and does not constitute a signed advocate report. Users are strongly advised to have the Report reviewed by a qualified legal professional before relying on it for any financial or legal decision.
  3. 03Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to share the documents you upload. You will not act on the report outside its stated limitations.
  4. 04Our limitations. The AI-generated Findings may not always be accurate; stated search depth per report; findings limited to documents examined; Independent Queries raised in relation to the Property are not covered within the scope of the Report; the Report does not include any litigation search; the AI has not independently verified the authenticity of the documents provided, and cannot detect forged, manipulated, or fraudulently altered documents; the Report has not been updated beyond its preparation date.
  5. 05Reports are per-property, non-transferable. Validity forever for every report you generate. You can visit anytime into your account.
  6. 06Payment & taxes. Prices + 18% GST, shown all-in before payment.
