Refund policy — short, because the model is simple

Refund

  1. 01Preliminary (₹1,999 + GST). A delivered service — not refundable once generated. The report is yours to keep, and stays valid for 60 days.
  2. 02Fatal finding. The answer you paid for is the answer you got. No refund; no further payment either.
  3. 03Final / complex / verified. Once generation or advocate review has begun, delivered work is not refundable. Before that, unused balances are refundable in full.
  4. 04Failed or duplicate payments. Auto-reversed within 5–7 working days.
  5. 05Retrieval fees. Charged only per retrieval attempted; government charges at actuals. If a record is confirmed absent, the retrieval fee is waived — you pay only the government charges actually incurred.
  6. 06NRI. Same policy; refunds to the original payment method, USD.
