Refund & cancellation policy — short, because the model is simple

Refund

  1. 01Preliminary Title Scrutiny Report & Final Title Scrutiny Report (Starting from ₹1,999 + GST). A delivered service — not refundable once generated. The report is yours to keep, and stays valid forever.
  2. 02Fatal finding. The answer you paid for is the answer you got. No refund; no further payment either.
  3. 03Failed or duplicate payments. Auto-reversed within 5–7 working days.
  4. 04If delivery fails. If your report is not ready within minutes in your account of payment, write to hello@lexram.ai with your order ID. We re-run it at no charge; if we still cannot deliver it, the amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method (see our Refund & cancellation policy).
  5. 05NRI. Same policy; refunds to the original payment method.
